WorleyParsons awarded Canada contract
WorleyParsonsCord has been awarded a contract to provide module assembly and field construction services (“Works Contract”) for the Cutbank Ridge Partnership Program’s 15-27 Saturn Phase 2 Sweet Gas Plant Project at an approximate contract value of CAD130 million. The plant is located approximately 25 km northwest of Dawson Creek, British Columbia, Canada.
The contract will be led and executed by the WorleyParsonsCord Edmonton, Alberta operations, which has been delivering modularization and construction services to western Canadian hydrocarbons, power and chemical sectors for several decades. WorleyParsonsCord will be working with communities and local businesses located in northeastern British Columbia during the field construction phase of the project.
The Cutbank Ridge Partnership (“CRP”) is a partnership between Encana and Cutbank Dawson Gas Resources Ltd., a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation. CRP is managing the construction of the project on behalf of Veresen Midstream Limited Partnership (“Veresen Midstream”), who is providing midstream services to CRP.
