Drake & Scull unit wins key EPC India, Palestine contracts
Drake & Scull International (DSI) PJSC, a regional market leader in integrated design, engineering and commissioning, procurement, construction and construction management, announced that Passavant Energy & Environment (PE&E), its wholly-owned German subsidiary, has secured three contracts to build Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) in New Delhi and Bangalore in India as well as Gaza in Palestine for a combined value of AED 246 Million.
PE&E will undertake the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) work for the WWTPs and additionally assume responsibility for the process design, procurement, installation, commissioning and operations and maintenance for the plants. The company will execute the New Delhi and Palestine projects via joint ventures with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and Masoud and Ali Contracting Company (MACC) respectively.
