WSP/Parsons Brinckerhoff wins Kuwait project
WSP/Parsons Brinckerhoff, the leading professional services consulting firm, has been awarded a major highway design project in Kuwait. The project involves developing concept and detailed designs to upgrade Kabd-Sulaibiya Highway in the Kuwait Metropolitan Area.
It also includes preparation of tender documents and tender evaluation, followed by construction supervision assignment in the later stages, said a statement from WSP/Parsons Brinckerhoff.
WSP/Parsons Brinckerhoff’s completed projects in Kuwait include Package One of the Kuwait First Ring Road upgrade project where it provided design and construction supervision services.
It has also finished the design and tender documents work for the Second Ring Road, Third Ring Road, Cairo and Damascus streets upgrade project, besides the Nawaiseeb Road upgrade, Al Andalus, Al Grenata and Sabah Al Nasser areas rehabilitation for improvement of sewerage and infrastructure and South Surra area road network upgrade.
