Responsible for the overall contract management and expediting activities of Jangkrik Off Shore Deepwater Development. Project ($US 4,5 billion). I recruited - employing mainly local sta - and set up the project CA and expediting team deployed at multiple project locations. Managed all commercial interfaces among project locations: Korea, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Europe. Main Contracts: New built Floating Production Unit, Risers and Flowlines Manufacturing and Installation, Provision of a Subsea Production System, all with values above $US 700 million. Tasked to ensure that company’s position was protected from all commercial and contractual issues for the complete project life cycle as well to maximise cost recovery from partners and Indonesian Government. Part of the assignmentwas to manage the settlement of an EOT claim of > $US200 million. The value of approved VO-s was below 10% of the combined project contract value.

Working as a Senior Contracts Administrator I managed all aspects of an FPSO conversion and lease contract of $US 600 million (turret, moorings, topside). I was involved in Letter of Quiet Enjoyment negotiations with the contractor and its nancing banks which required intensive coordination with finance and legal departments.
Working in the Procurement Department as a Procurement Analyst on an onshore project at remote location in Darwin Australia with an overall value of $AU 1.5 billion. The project scope included the building of Unmanned O shore Platform and an Onshore Gas Plant With Gas, Condensate and Water Treatment, Gas and Condensate Export Systems. Participated in various project procurement activities and was actively involved in contract close process of main contracts, and as a member of the project claims team successfully managed the settlement of an $AU 300 million EOT claim.
During my tenure with I provided temporary procurement/contract management support to drilling department and was involved in pre and post contract activities of various off-shore drilling campaigns
