Summary

 Coordinate, supervise, manage and monitor all Electrical and Instrumentation construction related activities and the professional conduct of the relevant staff on site;
 Installation and commissioning of field instruments and all associated equipment (plant construction and commissioning).
 Inspection of electrical and instrumentation installations as approved in the Inspection and Test plan.
 Loop verifications and testing.
 Calibration of valves and instruments such as Gas analyzers, conductivity analyzers, PH analyzers, Level transmitters, flow transmitters, Load cells, Temperature transmitters, Pressure transmitters, Density transmitters, proximity switches, vibration sensors
 Installation and configuration of profibus, fibre optic and Telemetry.
 Installation and commissioning of VSDs; Danfoss, Siemens, ABB and Emerson drives
 PLCs and DCS (Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB & Kent)
 SCADA (Wincc, In-touch, wonderware)
 Installation and commissioning of Air compressors, conveyors, vibro-feeders , Variable speed drives, Stacking and Reclaiming systems, Fire detection & Suppression systems
 Preparation and Interpretation of P&IDs, I/O lists, loop drawings, Hook up drawings, Cable schedules, Data sheets and routing drawings.
 Use of calibration and test equipment such as Hart communicators, loop calibrators, digital multimeters, Oscilloscopes and Signal generators to configure and test instruments.
 Assist in design changes as the need arise and implementing Site Instructions (SI’s);
 Assist in updating construction drawings to as-built drawings as the work progresses.
 Monitor all construction activities undertaken, for compliance with the requirements of the approved H&S Plan
