Responsibilities:
Worked as Plant Operator for treating 70 MMSCFD raw natural gas.
 Preparation/analysis of safe operating procedure for different jobs such as safe shutdown, safe start-up, emergency condition and other routine jobs.
 Optimizing plant operation, performance monitoring, processing of gas according to specs i.e keeping the Sulfur & Moisture contents within specified limits.
 Handling of day to day operational troubleshooting, modifications.
 Sale gas calculations from flow charts with complete material and energy balance.
 Completion of checklists before start up, tracing of faults/abnormalities.
 Isolation / depressurization on any running section / equipment of plant to facilitate maintenance department to work and then to normalize the system after completion of job.
 Analyzing daily log sheets, production data, and Lab reports to provide data to engineering team.
 To control the process parameters through wide variety of controlling system.
 Responsible for issuance and implementation of “Permit To Work” system.
 Ensure implementation of wearing of Personal Protective Equipments (PPE’s) to all field staff.
 Participate in Risk Assessment preparation and ensure recommended safeguards are implemented and performing teams are in full awareness and adhering to the risk assessment terms & conditions

Attend one year training from June 2010 to June 2011 & then as Production Engineer till December 2011. During this tenure at Olympia Chemicals Limited (450 Tons/Day Sodium Carbonate & Sodium Bicarbonate) production unit, I got an ample experience of following equipments/operations.
• Removal of TSS from water by Sedimentation, Coagulation, Flocculation & through Gravity Sand Filters.
• Soft water plant (hot soda lime process)
• Operation of double acting two stage reciprocating compressors.
• Operation, handling and troubleshooting of cross and counter flow induced draft cooling towers.
• Operation of centrifugal, positive displacement and multistage centrifugal pumps.
• Recovery of ammonia from flash distillation, ammonia gas absorption in refined brine and CO2 absorption in carbonating towers.
