Amine Sweetening Unit : Inlet Filter Separator, Bubble Cap Tray Type Amine Absorber, Amine Stripper, Amine Flash Tank, Cattle Type Amine Reboiler, Lean Amine Cooler, Reflux Condenser, Multistage Centrifugal Type Amine Booster and Reflux Pumps, Plate And Frame Type Amine Heat Exchanger, Sock and Charcoal Filters.
Glycol Dehydration Unit : Bubble Cap Tray Type Glycol Absorber, Glycol Flash Tank, Glycol Rebolier , Kimary Glycol Charge Plunger Pumps, Double Pipe Glycol/Glycol Exchanger, Sock and Charcoal Filters, Dry Gas Cooler.
Instrument Air Skid: Screw Type Instrument Air Compressor, Wet Air Receiver, Desiccant Air Dryer and Dry Air Receiver.
Three Phase Production Separator, Cooling Tower, Metering Skid, Flare System, Sour Water Treatment Unit Fuel Gas Skid, Incinerator, Reverse Osmosis Unit.
Responsibilities:
Worked as Plant Operator for treating 70 MMSCFD raw natural gas.
Preparation/analysis of safe operating procedure for different jobs such as safe shutdown, safe start-up, emergency condition and other routine jobs.
Optimizing plant operation, performance monitoring, processing of gas according to specs i.e keeping the Sulfur & Moisture contents within specified limits.
Handling of day to day operational troubleshooting, modifications.
Sale gas calculations from flow charts with complete material and energy balance.
Completion of checklists before start up, tracing of faults/abnormalities.
Isolation / depressurization on any running section / equipment of plant to facilitate maintenance department to work and then to normalize the system after completion of job.
Analyzing daily log sheets, production data, and Lab reports to provide data to engineering team.
To control the process parameters through wide variety of controlling system.
Responsible for issuance and implementation of “Permit To Work” system.
Ensure implementation of wearing of Personal Protective Equipments (PPE’s) to all field staff.
Participate in Risk Assessment preparation and ensure recommended safeguards are implemented and performing teams are in full awareness and adhering to the risk assessment terms & conditions
