Summary

Seeking new challenges, which effectively utilize my professional experiences of 5 years as lead engineer in handling automation and control system engineering such as DCS/PLC/SCADA ABB, Siemens, Rockwell Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi and 6 years as supervisor in handling electrical and instrument works for constructions, commissioning and maintenance. Having experiences working in pulp and paper, steel manufacturing and oil refining industry, familiar with ARAMCO standards SAES, DCS, PLC, SCADA, instrument, electrical, compressors, automation and control system, EPC, maintenance and reliability, SAP PM, supervising electrician, instrument, machinist and field metal crafts for daily maintenance. Mostly experiences are supervising team of multi cultures, multi countries in executing construction works, pre-commissioning, walkthrough, commissioning, start-up and performance testing.

Responsibility :
1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day electrical and instrument preventive and corrective maintenance work to maintain electrical and instrument process equipment.
2. Manage craftsman man power and coordinate with operation to perform corrective maintenance by requested work order in case of emergency, urgent and normal case.
3. Update history of preventive and corrective maintenance completion and man power capacity through SAP Plant Maintenance to maintain good KPI accomplishment.
4. Communicate and arrange engineering or vendor support due to problem solving are related to maintenance.
5. Perform mid yearly and yearly performance appraisals for direct reports.
6. Ensure the performance of various assigned responsibilities and the conduct of the staff is in accordance with YASREF’s safety policies and procedures.

Reliability Engineering Support Team

Responsibility :
1. Assigned as Support Team in Reliability Engineering Unit to proceed the Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO) Project.
2. Support any idea are related to maintenance plan developing as part of PMO Project.
3. Define equipment of 2300 tags those are to be included in the PMO.
4. Develop taxonomy for each tag out of 2300 tags to identify the equipment which required PM, not required PM or turnaround.
5. Review the technical documentation, P&ID and datasheets.
Maintenance Shift Coordinator
26 August 2017 – 25 September 2017
Responsibility :
1. Assigned as Shift Coordinator while covering a leave time of the Coordinator in Charge.
2. Coordinate to the related Operation Shift Supervisors to solve any issues are related to field metal, electrical and instrumentation maintenance emergency works as instructed by Refinery Shift Manager.
3. Supervise and lead the shift crews in executing any works during silent hours.
4. Coordinate to the related on-call person in charges and additional external support (man power, tools, heavy equipment, scaffolding) once they are needed.
5. Follow up any notifications to the related Operation Shift Supervisors for any works had been done and confirming it in SAP.
6. Update concerned shift report to all related persons in the end of shift time.
E&I Turnaround Execution Team Leader

E&I Commissioning Supervisor

1. Supervise and lead electrical and instrument team in performing instrument loop checking, SAT, electrical motor solo run, pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup are related to DCS, ESD, FGS, ENMCS, VMS.
2. Supervise and lead electrical and instrument team in performing walkthrough and mechanical completion for each plant sub system and packages then update the punch items closing in MPCS system.
3. Follow up with project management team (PMT) and main contractor of any outstanding project works and punch items for Yanbu Export Refinery Project (YERP).
