Working with FGP Contractors to ensure compliance with FGP project specific an RoK expectations;
Ensure FGP contractors have implemented necessary mitigations for safe execution of work, in accordance with the Chevron/TCO preventing serious injury and facilities (SIF) application/guidelines;
Support FGP contractors in the development of their On scene Response Team (ORT) roles, and ensure respective personnel are participating in regularly scheduled emergency response drill, muster and evacuation scenarios;
Provide targeted validation & verification (V&V) support for focused HES campaign efforts, as well as addressing systemic issues/concerns identified through past HES compliance audits;
Ensure contractor compliance with the task specific PPE requirements, MSDS expectations, maintain permanent labour safety compliance;
Schedule and lead safety audits/inspections on a weekly basis or on a more frequent basis as directed by HES coordinator;
Prepare weekly safety inspection report and communicate with FGP HES Team Lead and contractors regarding results of inspections, assist contractors with mitigation efforts and follow up with contractor on closure action items;
Familiarizing with all equipment/tools/materials that contractor mobilizes to the project side, perform equipment inspections to ensure contractor are in compliance with quarterly color coding
