I am a Project Controls Manager with a deep knowledge of project performance and extensive experience in the development and structuring of Project Controls functions in a Project environment, able to demonstrate valuable skills in international project cost and schedule trends. I have an experience in the application and integration of project management processes, systems, software applications and tools including Earned Value management and proven track record of successful project management on Mega projects including CIS, Middle East and Iraq.
I have completed EPC projects with total cost of USD 7B and have been actively involved from Pre-FEED phase up to project completion, actively participating in preparation of ITB documents, bidders evaluation, clarifications to bidders queries, contract negotiations, contract signing, setting up and execution of Project controls procedures including development of Project schedule, reporting, progress measurement and invoicing systems etc. I have always worked directly with all EPC Contractors and subcontractors personnel. During execution phase I have been monitoring weekly & monthly progress performance, creating company own internal reporting system including technical and vendor documentation, materials and equipment manufacturing & delivery status, construction & pre-commissioning and commissioning works, schedule analysis and updates, budget forecast etc.
I am an advanced user of MS Excel and Primavera, speak four languages (Kazakh, English, Russian, Turkish) fluently and have a work experience in an international environment such as:
o Major international EPC Contractors: Samsung Engineering, Petrofac, CPPE/CPPB, KazStroyService;
o PMC and Engineering Companies: Mott McDonalds, Punj Lloyd, Technip S.A, ILF, Wood;
o State Companies: KazMunayGas (Kazakh State Oil & Gas Company), JSC Gazprom-Neft (subsidiary of Russian giant JSC Gazprom), OEC (Iraqi State Oil Exploration Company), KOGAS (South Korean Gas Corporation), PETRONAS (Malaysian Oil & Gas Company), TPAO (Turkish National Oil Company), ISGS (Pakistan Inter State Gas Systems), CNPC (China National Petroleum Corp).
