Refinery And Petrochemicals Integrated Development (RAPID) Project
RAPID Project, a world-scale integrated refinery and petrochemical complex. The proposed refinery will have a capacity of 300,000 barrels per standard day and will supply naphtha and liquid petroleum gas feedstock for the RAPID petrochemical complex, as well as produce gasoline and diesel that meet European specifications.
The petrochemical units, on the other hand, will enhance the value of the olefin streams coming from the RAPID steam cracker by producing various merchant grades petrochemicals products such as polyethylene, polypropylene, synthetic rubbers and other petrochemicals products.

Responsible for the establishment of Project Control Strategy by managing and monitoring the implementation of an effective integrated project planning and controls at programme level for RAPID project covering refinery, SCC, petrochemicals and its associated facilities as well as other interface projects by adopting project controls best practices and promoting effective communication among technical and commercial teams in order to ensure this strategy is adopted timely and implemented for safe, quality and cost-effective project execution as well as aligned with business objectives.

Driving in instilling HSE culture into project team members by ensuring compliance to statutory requirements and specific HSE policy, standards and documents in all aspects of project planning control activities in order to address socio-economic impact on surrounding populations while fulfilling the national regulatory requirement.

Manage and inculcate project governance through establishment of applicable project management compliance system, risk mitigation and value leakage prevention programs to assure consistency and transparency in project execution.

Drive and plan the incorporation of project risks mitigation activities into project planning and scheduling activities and cost estimates and lead schedule and cost risk assessment using Primavera. Recommend the integrated QRA framework through identification of risk factors/drivers and assigning of risk impact ranges to the identified schedule and cost components in identifying overall risk probabilities and establishing deterministic completion probabilities for effective quantification of schedule risks and contingency cost estimate and development of mitigation measures in line with standard PPMS implementation in ascertaining improved control of project performance.

Project: Reliquification LNG- and Nitrogen Generation- Plant
The project encompasses the build of a mid-scale natural gas liquefaction plant. The new boil-off gas reliquefaction plant has a maximum design capacity of 1,840 tonnes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) per day and is located in the Bintulu LNG complex in the state of Sarawak in eastern Malaysia. Linde is responsible for the detail engineering, procurement, construction and installation of the new plant.

Execute a site audit on the project control department engaged with the "Tobolsk Polypropylene Plant" in the Tyumen area in Russia. Check the current processes in place are aligned to the contractual and project specific environmental needs. To see if all tools are installed correctly and al interfaces are working properly. Have a feasibility check on the current schedule (baseline) the workings in its current structure and make recommendations to eliminate vulnerabilities, improve schedule(s), simplify processes, where needed.

Emphasis on preliminary Construction Schedule during the awarded the BFS (Bankable Feasibility Study) Detailed Design and Engineering Phase of the project with the use of P6.2.

2008 to 2009 Project: Koniambo Nickel Project, New Caledonia
Responsible for the continued development and implementation of an overall project schedule for this Nickel Mine Project. Emphasis on preliminary Construction Schedule during the Detailed Design and Engineering Phase of the project with the use of P6.2. Technip, being leader in a Joint Venture with Hatch, has been awarded a reimbursable contract for the engineering, procurement and construction of Koniambo Nickel Mine to be located in Kone, north of New Caledonia.

2007 to 2008 Site Planning Manager, TECHNIP Consortium [Dung Quat, Vietnam]

Project: Petrovietnam Dung Quat Refinery Project, Vietnam
Responsible for the continued development and implementation of the then existing overall project schedule for this Refinery Project. Technip, being leader in a consortium with JGC and Tecnicas Reunidas, has been awarded a lump sum turnkey contract for the engineering, procurement and construction of Vietnam’s first crude oil refinery to be located in Dung Quat, south of Da Nang in central Vietnam.
The project includes utilities, off sites, the refinery and the crude oil import facilities. This refinery is designed to have a processing capacity of 145,000 BPSD and Technip’s engineering centers in Paris (France) and in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) carried out the engineering, procurement and construction contract.

2005 to 2007 Site Planning Manager, CTJV (Chiyoda-Technip Joint Venture) [Ras Laffan, Qatar]

Project: QatarGas II Project
Responsible for the continued development and maintain the overall construction schedule for this huge project in which 64000 tons of piping require 4000000 Dia Inch to be welded and 5000 ton of supports to be fabricated which will connect 1400 pieces of equipment resting on 215000 m3 of concrete. For this the organization is made up of 7 area planners 3 scheduling engineers and 3 senior scheduling engineers.
The existing QatarGas plant consists of three (3) LNG trains with a rated design capacity of 9.0 MMTPA LNG with associated utilities, off-plots, off-sites and infrastructure. This existing plant is named QatarGas I, and owned by Qatar Petroleum (QP), Total and Exxon-Mobil.
The owners and funds are different for QatarGas II. This expansion project adds two (2) additional very large LNG trains which will provide an additional 15.6 MMTPA of LNG (FOB Ras Laffan), with associated utilities, off-sites and off-plots.
