• Working as Project Controls Manager reporting to the Project Director on “New Orbital Highway – Contract 3” from (March 14 till date). The project value is 6.1 billion Qatari Rial (1.7 billion American Dollar). It consists of:

o 55 KLM of high speed road network for cars and trucks, with total road area of 4.3 million m2. It connects Messaieed to Salwa Road
o 5 interchanges include 4 ramp bridges and 4 ramp bridges.
o 14 Truck underpasses, and 11 cycle underpasses.
o Structure protection for 12 KM of life Qatar Petroleum Pipes
o Utility corridor accommodating utilities such as Electrical High Voltage, LV, MV lines, Electrical cable laying of 164.25 Km, Water lines of 5.6 Km, TSE lines of 92 Km, Q-tel lines of 85.6 Km, QAF lines of 61.5 Km and well connected drainage system

• Working as Division Planning Manager reporting to the General Manager. Managing the planning department and supervising all building division projects that include:

o North Gate Mall and Offices. The project consists of mega shopping mall, six office buildings. Its total built up area is 400,000m2 and Project Value is 1.1 billion Qatari Rial (301 million American Dollar)

o City Center Extension, Phase 3. The project is 3 high rise hotels with total build up area of 264,000 m2 and contract value of 1.5 billion Qatari Rial (411 million American Dollar). Shangri-La Hotel Doha, who is 50 story tower with 272 guest rooms. City Center Rotana, who is 50 story tower with 300 guest rooms and 100 apartments. Merweb hotel, who is 48 story tower with 256 guest rooms and 97 apartments. In addition to a 5 story car park.

o Traders Tower. It is a high rise tower of 42 floors operated by Shangri-La Hotels. Total build up area is 55,192 m2 and contract value is 300 million Qatari Rial (82 million American Dollar). The hotel includes 238 guest rooms, and 84 service apartments.

o Al Faisal Tower. It is a high rise tower of 42 floors of offices with contract value is 221 million Qatari Rial (61 million American Dollar).

o Dareen Tower. It is a high rise tower of 38 floors of residential apartments with contract value is 170 million Qatari Rial (47 million American Dollar).

The project built up area is 440,000 m2 and. The contract value is 300 million US dollars. It is located on a prim location on the sea shore of Alexandria, Egypt

o Vodafone Headquarter (Cairo, Egypt) (August 1999 – March 2002). The project has a wonderful design. It consists of basement & 4 floors with a built up area of 26,500 m2 with contract value of 24 million US dollars. It is located on 6th of October City, Egypt.

o First Residence - Four Seasons Hotel. (Cairo, Egypt)(September 1997 – August 1999). The hotel is part of the famous development of First Resident. It consists of 20 Floors, 233 Guest Rooms, 30 Suites, Casino, Health Club, and Restaurant. The contract value is 170 million US dollars. It is located on a prim location on the Nile River and the zoo in Giza, Egypt.

o Faisal Islamic Bank Tower (Cairo, Egypt) (August 1995 – August 1996). The tower consists of 24 floors & four basements. It is used as main head office, branch for the bank and residential apartments. The contract value is 26 million US dollars. It is located in a prim location on the Nile River in Giza, Egypt.
