• Three (3) 50/67 MVA, ONAN/ONAF (OA/FA), Dyn1, 132/11kV, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 22% impedance @ 50 MVA base, oil immersed power transformers with +10% to -20% OLTC, with 132kV bushing CTs(for metering) and three (NER) neutral grounding (800A/10Ώ) complete with RTCC cabinets, all accessories. The transformers have bushing type, 2-core CT (one core with single ratio and the other core with multi-ratio) mounted at 13.8kV neutral
• Six (6) outdoor station class arresters rating 120 kV for D/C- T/L
• 132 kV, indoor, (GIS), 2000A, 1Sec, 40KA, switching devices and other associated electrical equipment, consisting of the following:
1. Eight (8)-132kV, 2000A, 1 sec, 40kA, peak withstand current 2.6 times short circuit rating (104KA), 3-phase, 60 Hz, indoor, SF6 circuit breakers.

1. Detuning Reactors
Installation of nine (9) numbers air cored detuning reactors of 2mH, three (3) for each capacitor bank, complete in all respects and installed in naturally ventilated.

• Installation of rack mounted, capacitor units in 3x13.8kV banks, each bank of 7Mvar capacity at 13.8kV, arranged in Y-Y arrangement with ungrounded neutral, with free standing neutral CT

1. Three (3) 3600A breaker cubicles for incoming circuits from power transformers T1, T2 and T3, with nine (9) single phase 11kV PTs for three (3) 11kV incomers.
2. Thirty four (34) 630A breaker cubicles for outgoing feeder circuits.
3. Two (2) 630A breaker cubicles for station service transformers.
4. Two (2) 3600A breaker cubicles for bus tie circuit breaker.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Three weekly site activities schedule program shall be prepared with the APPROVED PROJECT SCHEDULE PROGRAM and try to follow up and achieve the Target of the project.
• To arrange proper Manpower and Materials at site in time.
• To co-ordinate with PE and PM to arrange all approved IFC drawings and documents at site timely.
• To arrange and issue RFI for materials and equipment delivered at site and RFI issued for each site activity of the project.
• To prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report and submit before PE/PM.
• To conduct weekly progress review meeting with all Engineers & Supervisors to evaluate the progress of work and to maintain good support to all Engineers (Civil, Mechanical) to carry out their work to achieve the progress in time and reported before PE / PM promptly.(such as shortage of unskilled, semi- skilled, skilled workers, shortage of Materials, Tools and Equipment etc)
• To conduct weekly progress review meeting with Client / Consultant to analyze the progress of work, if necessary.
• To attend the Bi-weekly progress review meeting with Client / Consultant at site office to resolve the pending issues if any and expedite the progress of work as per the directions issued by Client.
• If Site Instruction received from Client / Consultant, ensure proper action to rectify the defects/suggestion in short period.
• To follow up with all approved Subcontractors (If work awarded) to complete the project in time.
• If there is any delay, difficulties and critical problem arrived at site, the same shall be informed to PM for settling the issues.
• All facilities shall be arranged for contractor’s Testing Team and Client’s for Testing and Commissioning of the project.
• All Punch List received from the Consultant/Client shall be promptly/timely attended and nullified.
• All approved IFC drawings and Marked-up drawings finally will be sorted out according to category wise (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, SCADA and Communication etc) and submitted along with STR and FTR before PM for making As-Built drawing. (STR-Site Test Results, FTR-Factory Test Results)
