Currently I am working for Jurong Port Private Limited (JPPL), in Singapore as Assistant Manager & Senior Engineer in Technical Services. I'm responsible for the Facility Management and Maintenances, such as the maintenances of the Mechanical & Electrical assets (22KVA & 6.6KVA HT and LT electrical installations) & the Civil and Structural and the O&M of Cement terminal, Bulk Cargo Terminal, Container Terminal of the entire JPPL of 32 deep water wharfs, 5.6 Km berths, open & closed storages. I am handling an opex budget of S$ 15Million and a capex budget of S$ 25Million.

I am handling from tender phase to execution phase of contracts and completion of all mechanical, electrical and civil projects, to support the tender team in analysing the contractual documents. Draft appropriate wording for bid qualifications and conditions. Monitor entitlements to variation instructions and timely submission of relevant contractual notices. Establish and maintain records of resources involved and effects on programme/other activities for recovery of time and/or money arising out of extra works. Make timely requests for extensions of time, and for claims, in accordance with contractual obligations. Assist in evaluation and submission of interim applications for payment. Assist in presenting the final account after practical project completion. Participate in the selection of subcontractors for tender enquiries, and prepare tender enquiries. Raise payment certificates timely to enable the accounts department to pay by appropriate dates. Provide proactive monitoring of contractual rights and obligations to ensure the company's entitlements is protected and the project team are aware of areas of contractual/financial risk exposure & liaising.

I was holding the maintenance of Cutter Suction Dredger during my stint in Karaikal Port, in India. Handled the full dreading team including the bathymetry survey team for the reclamation 20Hectares of land & volume dredged about 8 Million Cu.M. Acting as employer representative for the Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD) in the port. Five (05) TSHD were deployed in the port for channel dredging & turning circle dredging) as per the FIDIC contract. (Form of contract for dredging and reclamation)

Prior to JPPL , I was working as Branch Manager - single window point of contact and exclusively responsible for Operation & Maintenance of the dedicated coal berth, leading the team of 1000 men (Both direct & indirect staff), project finance including estimation, budgeting, billing and collection and responsible for engineering estimation, obtaining quotation and offers ,scrutinize of offers, raising indent and finalizing of procurement, coordinate with vendor, clients and other departments, maintain appropriate documentation for all site activities and including HR activity of Port Handling Business Vertical for Sical Logistics Limited at Tamil Nadu Electricity Board in Ennore Port Limited, Chennai, India.

I'd lead the erection, installation and commissioning activity of ship loader, car dumper, stacker-cum-reclaimer, mechanized conveyor system for the Iron Ore terminal as specified in the contract. Responsible for the contractor billing for the SICAL Iron Ore terminal at Ennore Port.

• Handled for the maintenances of Cutter Suction Dredger (cutter power - 1100 KW, Max depth – 19M, discharge pipe 750MM) to ensure completion of dredging and reclamation project were within the deadline which enables to start the port operations.
• Handled for maintenance of Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) during my stint in Karaikal Port, in India. It is an all-welded steel non-propelled CSD suitable for harbour dredging. The dredger was built in 2007 at China. The dredger is fitted with spuds for positioning during the dredging operations. For slurry, the capacity is 2000m3/h over 3,000 m through 750 mm nominal diameter discharge pipes. The cutter is spiral type with cutting teeth fitted on the edges.
• Handled the full dreading team including the bathymetry survey team for the reclamation 20Hectares of land & volume dredged about 8 Million Cu.M
