Areas of Expertise:

1. Safety First: OHSAS 18001:2007:- Participating and implementation with management to reinforce safety management system, Ensure company safety standards, golden rules of safety, company policies, Risk assessments, site safety rules & Environment procedures and guidelines, permit to work system, fire fitting systems, confined space entry permit in line with scaffolding standards and terminology. Conducting site safety inspection (daily-weekly) jointly with client and sub-contractors, accident / incidents investigation and suggesting preventive measures.

2. Piping: ASME B31.3: Implementation B31.3 process piping standards in pre-fabrication, assembly, Erection and construction, pipe supports, welding, Post Weld / Pre Weld Heat Treatments (PWHT), Inspection (NDT- VI, PT, MPT, UT & RT) and Examine, Testing (Hydrostatic & Pneumatic Testing), Flange Management, Preservation, retro-jetting, fogging, Re-instatement stages.

3. Steel Structural: AWS D1.1:- Aware and implementation of structural steel fabrication techniques in Pre-Fabrication, assembly, erection and construction, weld joint configurations, types of welding, welding procedures, Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Inspection (NDT- VI, PT, MPT, UT & RT) and Examine.

4. Project Management: Completed project goals and monitored status while aware of overall program goals with respect to budgeted cost demand forecast, time over–runs to ensure timely execution of project with safety & Quality requirements.

5. Planning: Measure and schedule in MS Project, Production planning, task management, micro schedules, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM), S-Curve preparation etc.

6. Reporting: Day to day operation progress (DPR), Weekly, Monthly progress reports, actual operation status with respect to the schedules, calculating Productivity, flow chart preparation, Consulting with Clients / Management, operations meeting, executing highlights, presentations, discussing about troubleshooting, design or Engineering assistance, quality, delivery schedules, dispatches, determining business needs and providing improvement solutions.

7. Feasible study P&ID, Isometric drawings, Bill of Materials, stock verification in stores as per material specification, rising PR, gaining cost & time effective deliveries, visit material quality inspections, documentation, Nesting, pre-fabrication of spools, witness/surveillance by client/internal inspection for welding, welding procedures, welding process, testing.

8. Proficient to provide project schedules with MS Project, preparing reports day to day or weekly site Managing production & schedules and assisting operators with process troubleshooting.

9. Leveraging knowledge of MS Project, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
