My core responsibilities of the position includes following
Lead and manage all aspects of Minor Projects, Refurbishment and Renovation Works for Community Services Area and Median Centrale Precinct at The Pearl Qatar.
Prepare and manage Facility Project budgets and provide monthly variance reports.
Evaluate and secure vendor contracts for Facility Management Projects through third party vendors.
Perform least cost analysis in determining Facility Project requirements.
Plan, organize and implement all aspects of Facility Projects.
Consistently meet or exceed timeline and budget constraints for all projects.
Track and communicate project status to upper management through weekly reports.
Facilitate meeting with internal departments, vendor and UDC to review goals and manage progress.
