• Coordinate all site inspections with the site team and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are in current status as per Check list and ITP.
• Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken.
• Review all inspection reports for compliance. Coordinate with project Engineers in respective Categories.
• Review all materials, Test and Certificate prior to inspection.
• Prepare nonconformance reports and assist in developing corrective actions.
• Coordinate QC manager and construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities.
• Checking the All work as per as drawings, Prior to call Consultant for Inspection.
• Filling the inspection form and give to the consultant for approval.
• The completion of QC site instructions and coordinate their closure The review of inspection test packages during the course of construction activities.
• Coordinating with the Construction Manager for necessary comments, and Coordinate with the Testing and commissioning department to define the scope of work.
• Checking of All Approved materials for different types of work.
• Monitoring of all finishing works as per Quality concern.
• Compliance with the site’s health and safety regulations.
• Cross checking the work With Quality of the all subcontractors.
• Coordinate any inconsistencies with test packages with the field QC site inspectors. To make concrete Test Repot & Log test Report and submitting to Consultant for approval.
• To be Carried out all Test ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements.

• Exercising full control over the workforce at site. Provision of labor requirement for the next fortnight activities at least one week earlier.
• Materials arrangement and forwarding the request to the Technical Department between 20-25 of the month.
• Review the contract and specifications of the project and understand the contractor’s liabilities and risks.
• Ensuring that work is executed in accordance with contract drawings and specifications, agreed procedures and method statements.
• Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and are fully enforced.
Schedule all required construction meetings with required personnel, subcontractors, consultants and clients.
• Attending site coordination meeting with Client and Consultant.
• Joint site inspection with Consultant prior to the start and after completion of each activity.
• During Construction Phase, proactively manage project to achieve quality, schedule, budget and safety. Utilize and maintain tools: schedule and document management to track and record project performance. Inform management of productivity, costs, quality control, document management and processing of applications for payment. Notify management of any issues that arise which affects quality, budget, progress and safety.

• Advise the Engineer about problems, issues and discrepancies that may be a reason for technical or contractual problems (such as poor construction quality, delayed completion, inconvenience with others, etc) and take necessary actions (or recommend actions to be taken) to rectify such discrepancies.
• Assisting the Project Manager in the management and administration of various construction contract packages.
• Supervision of works on site in accordance with contract documents, drawings, technical specifications etc; ensuring correct implementation of works according to contract, design, quality of materials & workmanship.
• Checking, recording and testing of completed works before they are covered by the contractor.
• Ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and properly complied with.
• Review, comment and make recommendations on the construction methodology, working drawings, equipment submittals, and other construction-related work.
• Follow-up the concrete pour, slump, cubes, tests etc.
• Inspect regularly, including sample testing where required, materials and workmanship to ensure that the works are being carried out in compliance with the terms and conditions of the relevant Contract Documents.
• Maintain the Site Diary of all relevant activities. Maintain a document control system for all site memos and instructions, quantities of work and materials on site, reports and other documents pertaining to the construction activities
• Implement and maintain with the Contractor a system for ensuring the quality of concrete and concrete works, including preparation and testing of concrete test cubes.
• Prepare and submit to the Engineer snagging list for remaining and remedial works at Taking Over, for completion during the Defect Notification Period. Assist the Engineer with arrangements for hand-over of the completed facilities to the Entity for Operation and Maintenance
