 Responsible for maintenance and planning activities
 Produce daily, weekly & monthly maintenance reports for PM & CM. maintenance.
 Produce Shutdown reports.
 Making work orders and distribute in Technicians.
 Attend weekly meeting with Maintenance Manager & briefing maintenance schedule.
 Maintain Calibration reports of instrument.
 Coordinate with third party for the calibration of all instruments calibrator like temperature calibrator pressure calibrator etc. analyser calibration multi meter volt meter O2 analyser.
 Responsible for making schedule for third party calibration & ensure all calibration done by timely.
 Maintain calibration record of all related instrument.
 Inspection of new arrival spare parts & coordinate with warehouse supervisor.
 Maintaining man hours report.
 Site visits during Shutdown & corrective maintenance.
 Making move order for spare parts from the ware house.
 Making time sheets for department.
 Carries out preventative maintenance and repairs on a wide range of plant Instrumentation equipment by identifying the cause of faults and rectifying by repair on site or by replacement and/or workshop repair. Works according to all safety regulations and follows an established pattern of work.
 Attends a safety talk in the beginning of the day with his assigned Group to discuss SHE planned activities and plant impact on personal safety & health. Attend weekly department SHE meeting.
 Attends his Group SHE monthly meeting and actively contributes to the agenda of every safety meeting. The agenda includes various safety topics meeting requirements.
 Fully familiar with his area High Potential Hazards, Emergency Response strategies.
 Ensures all people working in his area including contractors are equipped with right tools, equipment to perform their task safely.
 Conducts Personnel Behaviour Observation (PBO) as per schedule.
 Communicates the PBO findings to his supervisor and shares it with his colleagues.
 Ensure if all area work activities are performed safely. At the end of each maintenance activity, check the area for housekeeping.
 Be aware of Environmental requirements for the area. Report any spills and leaks in his area. Make proper disposal of generated waste.
 Must be fully familiar and qualified on all Safety Standard Procedures.
 Prepares his work place and equipment and Permit to work. Physically check the job site, before signing any work permit.
 Reports all Near Misses & Accidents.
 Participates in Accident / Incident Investigation Committees as required.
 Ensure to read/write the daily activities in the maintenance logbook.
 Follow maintenance planning activities through Maintenance system.
 Inspection Cleaning and Maintenance of Pressure Transmitter Impulse line of Steam Boiler (Dig logging).
 Inspection cleaning & calibration of Analysers like PH, conductivity, stack O2,SO2,TOC,Silica,Polymer and chlorine analysers,
 Calibration of pressure gauge, Temperature gauge.
