I had to compute all quantities regarding the facades works, such as stone curtain wall on metal structure, windows, illumination, plastering demolition and reconstruction, façade decorations.
The second phase, which I had to follow, was the development of the design through surveys of the heritage buildings, working documentation, material specification approval, windows details study. This phase was strongly connected to the Client and Engineering, with whom I had several meetings in order to achieve all design milestones on time.
In the current phase I’m managing all subcontractors concerning façade, checking method statement, procurement plan, work progress, making schedule of works.

Undertaking day to day delivery of projects
