Project Quality Lead/Manager
Last Updated: 6th February 2019 (over 3 years ago)
For the last 12+ years I have supported projects valued at up to $15B, overseeing EPCM Quality Programs, conducting audits at sites throughout North America, and maximizing compliance to regulatory and code requirements. My leadership style is based on my belief that open communication maximizing accountability and buy-in from all staff and contractors, leading to projects and components delivered on time and to the highest quality.
Offering earlier hands-on experience as a Steamfitter / Pipefitter and Supervisor, I honed my supervisory skills on small- and large-scale plant maintenance projects before progressing to quality-specific roles. My construction and project experience has covered multi discipline executions of the following areas; Oilsands, LNG, Gas Processing, Refining/Chemicals & Deep Water.
Project Quality Management -- Completions / Commissioning Start-Up / Operations Readiness -- Construction Management -- Greenfield and Brownfield Projects -- Onshore and Offshore Projects -- Regulatory Compliance -- Codes, Standards, and Specifications -- Inspections, Audits and Testing -- Contracts and Negotiations -- Hiring, Training, and Mentoring
I welcome suggestions for new connections, groups to join, and industry-related articles to read. Please connect with me today or contact me at email@example.com for more information on my approach to work and project background.
