The construction of a high-pressure natural gas pipeline from Lwówek to Odolanów in Poland of a diameter of 1000 mm, an operating pressure of 8.4 MPa and a length of 168 km. The part of North-South Gas Corridor, which will connect the LNG Terminal in Świnoujście, Poland with the Baltic Pipe, through central Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary with the proposed Adria LNG terminal in Croatia.
The investment has been divided into two stages:
• Stage I covers the connection of the Lwówek, Kotowo and Krobia nodes (about 114 km).
• Stage II covers the connection of Krobia and Odolanów nodes (about 54 km).
The contractor for the construction works of the first stage of the investment is the Consortium of PORR Polska Infrastructure S.A. and O.T. Industries-KVV Contractor CO. LTD.
A project of Community interest
In October 2013, the European Commission awarded the investment status as "Project of Common Interest".
