Dissertation Project

▪ Control Interactions in DC connected Wind Farms
- The project is an excellent amalgam of technical knowledge on HVDC transmission, Control theory, Power Electronics and Analytical skills. The project was in light of recent oscillatory phenomenon of Dowin1 transmission wherein a control interaction is suspected. The thesis successfully analysed the phenomenon and identified the potential issues. The depth of the project acceptance can be understood from the fact that my supervisor asked to publish my results in the largest IEEE power conference.
