• On a weekly basis, update site actual and forecast manpower (GE and Subcontractor) histograms;
• On a weekly basis update progress S-curve for each compressed stations and/or work orders;
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports;
• Attend Site Weekly Construction meeting with Client and Contractor;
• Receive and record Contractor timesheet on daily basis and weekly basis and update working hours table;
• Review weekly progress report together with Site Manager;
• Provide two weeks look ahead working schedule to Contractor and GE Site Team;
• In Country Extra Material and Service request register update with cost according to formal quotation;
• Receive and review invoices of Contractors for Extra Material and Extra Service;
• For future site works prepare schedule, load resources, prepare manpower histograms, S-curves and construction progress report
