Summary

Thami began his career with one of the reputable construction companies in South Africa as an Engineer- in- training in the year 1996. After graduation in the year 2000, he began his journey which led him to accumulate experience and skills in the Construction Industry specializing the SMPP industry. In his career, Thami has acquired experience that has allowed him to achieve ongoing success in the project Management & Construction Field. The experienced and skilled gained has allowed him to be able to communicate in both shop floor and at management level. In 2010, Thami was also appointed to serve in the Board of Directors as a Construction Director, the position he held until he resigned in the August 2016. This position allowed him to manage Projects to the total value of approx. R1bn.
Thami is organized, efficient and take pride in excelling in his work, this enables him to be as productive as possible in his projects. He can contribute his organizational skills and his ability to work independently, in a group and communicate with any level of management. Thami has excellent people's skills. He enjoys meeting and working with different people from different back grounds.
