Summary

With 17 years plus combined experience between maintenance and condition monitoring, in the field of Oil & Gas (ARAMCO), SABIC Affiliate Petrochemicals, Fertilizers and also in Marine engineering (PAKISTAN-NAVY). The combination between the two has sharpened my technical skill accordingly, and both of two skills are relevant to be implemented into the improvement of plant reliability.
Mechanical site, I have hand working experience on new installation, maintenance and major overhauling, preventive, proactive and breakdown maintenance including commissioning and troubleshooting of rotating equipment. These include: wide range of steam turbines, both centrifugal and reciprocating pumps and compressors, auxiliary system including varies type’s gears boxes, and also on blowers, FD and ID fans.
Category-II vibration analyst training by Mobius institute as per ISO18436.2 using vibration analysis, oil analysis, and wear particles analysis technologies, infrared thermography and ultrasonic (compressor valves and steam traps), I performing the condition monitoring of over 600 rotating equipment at plant.
Responsible of all aspects of vibration analysis including the data base creation, Alarm setting, Data collection, Data screening, analysis, fault detection, reporting with recommendation. Verification and root cause analysis. Familiar and user of SKF microlog, Adash VA pro 4400 and Emerson CSI-2140 with AMS suite v5.6. SAP user (create notification and confirmation of work order).
