Also demonstrate about other normally consumable material and essential Hand Tools like, Lifting Equipment, Torque Wrench, Hydraulic components, Measuring Tools (Inside, Outside Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Dial Indicator, Bore Gauge, Plastic Gauge, Filler Gauge, etc.) Gasket, packings etc.
• To develop fresh Graduate Trainees & Technician for various Competencies as per Saudi’s Training Program (Saudinization).
• Organize the Classroom and Field training Sessions.
• Identify what the trainee’s need and demonstrate trainee as per his requirement.
• Develop Individual training plan.
• Prepare the required Training Material and TSB (Task Skill Book).
• Compile task skill books (TSB) and update as required and measurable objectives for improvement of courses and training skills.
• Specially prepare Training Material, Drawings, Packages, Power Point Presentations prior to the fields and classroom session.
• Organize the special training program about HSE (Health, Safety & Environment).
• Plan and Schedule the trainees to participate in new Installation, Modifications and Testing of equipment’s and explain them about company procedure and Safety.
• Plan and Schedule the trainees to participate Preventive, Corrective and Proactive maintenance activities.
• Positive transfer the knowledge of Erection of Scaffolding, Scaffolding Tags & Safety.
• Plan and Schedule the trainees to participate Major, Minor overhauls of Rotating Equipment’s and provide the knowledge of Disassembly, Reassembly and Reliability as per company procedure.
• Manage the detailed and accurate records of all training activities.
• Organize the training session at Machine Shop for the basics of machining related to the field like, Turning, Facing, Drilling, Sketching and Draw the Drawing as per required machining, Use of Power Hacksaw etc. etc.

• Evaluate the Training documents including a result of KBT (Knowledge Base Test), PD (Practical Demonstration) and Observation.
