PT Apexindo Pratama Duta – Cyber Jack Up (Indonesia/China) Rig Maintenance Supervisor
2013 Aug – 2015 Sept

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Overall in-charge of Maintenance Department.(Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic )
 Carry out mechanical and electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic installation, maintenance, repair in safe and prudent manner. Ensure work permit and JSA been sign.
 Perform daily inspection on rig equipment and conduct toolbox meeting
 Maintain and repair mechanical system and equipment i.e. air and pot water system, service and repair of the Iron Roughneck, T.D.S, man riders, air winches, compressors, deep well pumps, mud pumps, fuel purifier agitators, water maker ,main engines (Caterpillar 3516B) and emergency engine (Caterpillar 3506) . Ensure the running hour is recorded daily and service needed when reach the specified hours. Repair and change parts if necessary.
 Troubleshoot and repair faulty mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drilling equipment and tools.
 Assist in maintaining of rig equipment such cranes ,ballast pumps, compressor, valves, auxiliary , and rotary equipment
 Identify and respond to abnormal operating condition and/or patterns of equipment.
 Carry out periodic maintenance according to Preventive Maintenance System guidelines and coordinate with other Supervisors from other Department. To ensure all the work order are complete and close.
 Manage and monitor Preventive Maintenance System(EPICOR)
 Ensure requirements concerning regulatory bodies are met in all cases of equipment repair and installation.

onboard of cyber base drill ship Neptune explorer .
 Component repair and daily check of area of equipment of the offshore unit systems, pump, mud conditioning system, pipe handling systems, rotary components, Deck equipment(winches, air tugger and crane, top drives, compressor, pumps ,main engine Wartsila W12 V32 and emergency engine Scania ( 382 kW and 440 V AC)
 Maintain workshop equipment and tools to the highest standard
 Preventive and corrective maintenance in the area responsibility ,communicate with other department
 Provide and support members of crew in the operation and maintenance practice of equipment.
 Act as a safety leader ensuring the ongoing identification of hazards and control to manage the associate risk with a special focus on permit to work or isolations.
 Maintain the housekeeping onboard ship with a particular on escape route.
