Provide project support to Project Managers and Directors.
Managerial coordination between the Client, Subcontractors and Suppliers.
Preparation of MIS, Monthly Reports, Project Estimation, Operating Budgets, Project, Tendering, Cash Flow, Exemption Master List, Store Supply Status Reports i.e. Quantity Chart, Reconciliation reports etc.
Active participation in bi-weekly meetings with the client.
Comparison of material quotes from suppliers and finalization.
Communication with the project manager to report on project status.
Responsible for resource allocation for the project.
Conducting pre-tender site survey, prepare the report and prepare the project cost estimation.
Planning and Procurement of materials
Allocating funds wisely to creditors without affecting the cash flow.
Site inspection, coordination, and resolving on-site issues as required.

Developing baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects
Organizing / participating project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking
Creating layouts, designs & drawings & conducting analysis to identify any weaknesses & make relevant modifications in the same
Planning, scheduling and executing maintenance (preventive, predictive, breakdown) for all utility equipment to achieve operational efficiency & optimum resource utilization
Identifying scope for implementing & monitoring technological changes to enhance productivity. Ensuring that equipment supplied are in compliance with approved & pre-set technical specifications
Ensuring that all electrical maintenance work is performed in accordance with the established procedures, policies and technical standards
Planning and effecting preventive & predictive maintenance strategies, procedures and methods for critical/non-critical equipment in consultation with process team. Implementing safety measures for man and machine safety
Establishing commissioning schedules in coordination with equipment supplier, erection agency, testing and commissioning team to match with the project completion plan
Supervising site preparations, mobilizing contractors for executing erection activities
Implementing maintenance schedules and initiating periodic checks to ensure performance of various equipment and maintaining requisite documents for the same
Proactively identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools
Dealing with some major electrical testing like Primary Injection Test of Breaker, CT Ratio, Polarity Test, PT Test, Measurement of Bus-Bars Contact Resistance, TRAFO Ratio Test and so on
Maintaining the SOP & SMP for Electrical operations and framing Job Safety Analysis and Tool box talk for minimizing the risk
