• Coordinate the information of the projects with the planning and construction team.
• Preparing and putting plans for tendered projects.
• Put the Base line for the new contracted Projects ( Using Primavera
P6.8 & MS Project).
• Analyzing the requirements of the new project plan (takeoff Quantities, costs, reviewing project constructability, scope of work, project profitability).

• Organizing cash flow statements, weekly and monthly look ahead plans for the construction team and delay analysis for the project.
• Prepare the (KPIs) Reports, and the (SPI Schedule Performance Index, & CPI Cost Performance Index) to evaluate the progress of the project, besides the weightage percentage of the project progress.
• Prepare the windows analyze to define the future risks and delays.
• Foresee the needed Extension Of time in the project and submit Reports.
• Submit the Weekly & Monthly Reports for the Progress of the projects.
• Put the Recovery Program for the delayed Projects (Regarding the new project demanded).
• Submit the (EOT) program, with required documents (Legal Evidence, depending on the contract conditions).
• Put the Revised Program for the accepted Extension Of time, and keep monitoring and comparing the new plan with the progress of the project works.
