Summary

Over 30 years civil/construction experience working as a Construction Manager/Site Manager/Project Engineer/Site Engineer on various UK and International projects commercial, industrial, government and defence, Oil & Gas.
Consisting of high rise RC & steel frame construction, marine works & Pipelines.
Infrastructure works roads, substations, pump stations, water/irrigation pipelines, sewerage treatment plants, waterworks balancing ponds, Piling CFA, driven precast, hollow steel /sheet piles & well pads.:
Involved with all prestart meetings & documentation prior to site mobilisation, working closely with QESH preparing project safety plan, preparation of ATO (authorisation to operate) ensuring proposed works are compliant with relevant safety & environmental regulations, working closely with project controls & planning to develop master schedule with labour and equipment resources for
the project duration. Review of drawings from A01 for comments. Coordination of all site works with department leads civil, mechanical Electrical & instrumentation, ensuring all works with permits are compliant with job specific risk assessments & method statements. daily site reporting of works in progress/completion, resources
equipment & concerns/issues. Conducting daily site meetings with department engineers, attending weekly site meeting with client to review HSE,quality,procurement, progress & schedule. Working closely with QS with progress updates of works complete and ensuring works are covered & not outside the contract scope.
