I am a Strategic and dedicated resource having a deep understanding of people, teams, process with a commercially driven, a pragmatic approach to human resource strategy and delivery. A Human Resource professional specialized into architectural, Engineering and Construction field for the last eight years, Started Middle East career in 2011 from Qatar as a human resource officer. Relocated to Dubai in 2013 under a human resource generalist profile, presently doing the role of HR Generalist where each day is challenging and following an agile way of work.

As an experienced +10 years in Human Resource Management, I have faced and conquered a lot of challenges set my way. I consistently demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative in support of top management with flexibility in working well in cross-functional teams even under pressure with a good sense of urgency to complete multiple tasks within strict deadlines.
