MAINTENANCE PLANNING ENGINEER

Following up with engineering and operations department for any delays in planned activities
•Following up for any PPM and CM backlogs
•Reviewing PM Master Plan, PM schedule and Asset Register.

•Coordinating daily as well as weekly meetings related with maintenance.

•Maintaining coordination level among all department engineers for day to day activities
•Coordinating with sub-contractors on site for any PM/CM activities
•Preparing LOA’s in coordination with FRC and getting them approved by client.
•Maintaining close coordination with client and keep them updated on daily basis for any issues on site
•Preparing Method of Statement in coordination with Department engineers for client approval
•Monitoring the shift supervisors on site for proper handover during shift changeover time.
•Monitoring the status, the of any equipment/machine to be delivered on site in coordination with storekeeper
•Ensuring the proper key management.
•Monitoring and ensuring the status of each facility for any abnormality and smooth operations.
•Routine checkups and walk around through the critical equipment’s rooms.
•Preparing Incident/Accident reports in coordination with FRC and department engineers.
•Ensuring the housekeeping standards are being followed for clean and safe environment.
•Ensuring the proper hand over of any pending issues on site between shift engineers.

•Coordinates information for creating unique Program for individual Projects using primavera p6
•Resource Loading in Primavera P6 for individual Projects
•Update progress of work using primavera p6
•Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report
•Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager.
•Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
•Reports to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
•Prepare weekly maintenance schedule.
Having Hands on Experience in Assets Management
•Implementation of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
•Hands on experience in Oracle EAM and MAXIMO
•Implementation of SOP's, KPI's& BCP's
•Issue LOA’s to the contractors
•Arrange PPME meetings with different stakeholders to discuss issues regarding maintenance activities and interface points.
•Arrange weekly look ahead meeting to ensure the project milestones are being achieved within the right track.
•Planning and scheduling maintenance programs without causing breakdown.
•Coordination with Sub-Contractors for monthly and yearly performance reports.
•Technical Review and verification of Mechanical/Plumbing as Built Drawings.
•Sound Knowledge of Mechanical/Plumbing and Fire Fighting Systems
•Handling proper operation and maintenance of firefighting systems includes fire sprinklers systems, pre-action systems, fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, fire hose reels, FM200 systems as well as Potable water system.
•Maintenance of mechanical equipment’s including dock levelers, shutter doors, high volume fans,water heater, electric water coolers, storm water drainage system, waste water system,overhead cranes, submersible pumps, and gate barriers.
•Perform skills relating to the maintenance, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and preventative/planned maintenance of MECHANICAL, PLUMBING components, and assist other maintenance workers and contractors as needed.
