Maintenance Planning Assistant
Updates and maintains centralized hardcopy filing system/database for all relevant Maintenance Services Planning Documents .
Collects KPI data from SAP including creation of monthly/ quarterly Maintenance performance reports.
Enters, update and close SAP Notifications/Work Orders as required.
Enters material requisitions into SAP. Follows-up on purchase orders, updating the SAP notification with revised expected delivery timing.
Prepares planned packages for field use including compilation of Invitation To Bid (‘ITB’) packages.
Ability to read and understand basic drawings and bills of materials.
Coordinate invoice payments; Track project expenses and project schedule.
Technical Assistant - Inspection Services
Prepare portfolios for Audits, Investigations and QA/QC Packages
Configures and manages up-to-date filing systems
Utilise Ultrapipe to create TMLs and enter thickness measurements
Prepare inspection engineering reports and maintain record database
Maintain department’s KPI and prepare quarterly reports: performance, HSE, training, re-certifications, manpower
Maintain and schedule training sessions
Collects, collates and analyses data; and develops memos, letters, spreadsheets, power point presentations and other reports
Manages general office activities, inclusive of acquisition and distribution of stationery, scribe, schedule meetings/event coordinator and other office requirements (Annual leave schedule and requests, messages, fax, calls…)
