 Support Document Controller Manager any matters with regards of documentation
 Responsible for issuing and registering of all document number references (Material submittal, Method Statement, Drawings & Shop Drawings, Pre-qualification, RFI, FCR, ITP and Checklist (TMP).
 Responsible for issuance of document references to all Sub-contractors and within the company.
 Responsible in quality checking of all incoming and outgoing documents (received from the subcontractors and any other departments) before uploading in Aconex.
 Assist/liaise subcontractors, staff and any other departments in providing document number references and to meet their requirements.
 Coordinating to the Managers and document controller with regards for documents submission.
 Responsible in preparing and uploading in Aconex the letter correspondences and Minutes of Meeting.
 Keep tracking of records of all submittal registry logs for easy reference.
 Maintains a filing system that supports efficient information management.
 Other duties related to Document Management as required.
