n Monitoring, auditing, evaluating and analyzing existing processes, improve & develop new processes to reduce process cycle time and process cost.
n Reviewing, Updating & Developing Company documentation (QMS manuals, procedures, SOPs, etc), KPI's, internal control system & organization definitions as required standards.
n Managing and measuring performance management applying PMS tools (KPIs, Appraisals, etc)
n Promoting and overseeing use of established best practices, policies, and procedures. Liaison between Audit Team and the Business Stakeholder(s).
