Quality Assurance & Performance Management Officer
n Reviewing, Updating & Developing Company documentation (QMS manuals, procedures, SOPs, etc), KPI's, internal control system & organization definitions as required standards.
n Managing and measuring performance management applying PMS tools (KPIs, Appraisals, etc)
n Promoting and overseeing use of established best practices, policies, and procedures. Liaison between Audit Team and the Business Stakeholder(s).
n New business capacity study, set up and Management system for the same.
n Analyze and Identify potential problems or defects, investigating the root cause of the defect and developing solution of fixing it (Continuous improvement environment)
n Prepare regular reports for the TQM Manager and liaise with external auditors as required.
