Job Responsibilities: I & C – Engineer (Owner’s Engineer / Consultant)
 Design Review of EPC and Vendors Overall detailed Engineering and Standard Specification with respect to Instrument system activities to ensure compliance with the scope of work.
 Review and approve for various I&C system like DCS Logics, SAT procedure, Commissioning procedure, System Description, Control Philosophy, Data Sheets, Location & Installation Drawings, Hook up, P&ID, PFD, Fire alarm, HVAC System, Communication and HCIS Drawings etc.
 Attend the regular Site coordination meetings with the Client, Contractor and monthly progress review meeting. Coordination with clients, contractors and vendors.
 Promotion of safety functions and procedures, participate in safety improvement incentives.
 Ensure that project quality plan, construction specifications for instrument equipment, systems are complete, consistent with the design and fit with the Project requirements.

 Perform RFI’S and ECC walk downs, MCC, CCC, PAC, and FAC documents to assess each system after completion of the erection, issue Punch List Items on I & C Systems.
 Review & approval of I&C preliminary Pre Commissioning procedure submitted by the Contractor.
 Review method of statement for approval prior to start Commissioning.
