Implement and manage HSE programmes, policies, and procedures. Perform facility HSE inspections, evaluate PPE, and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE. Monitor and assess hazardous and unsafe situations and develop measures to assure personnel safety.
Deliver proactive assistance to project manager in accident reporting in the prescribed format. Conform to predefined standards and accordingly organise the inspection of scaffolding, ladders, and power tools. Organise and contribute in toolbox talk/group meeting to discuss issues. Streamlined all facets of welfares in accordance with policies and procedures. Oversee third-party certificates for lifting equipment and accessories.
