My key responsibility at current job as Senior Quantity Surveyor is to coordinate with diversified Clientele and liaising for procurement/tendering of Main Contract packages & Nominated sub contracts for High rise Hospitality/Luxury residential/mixed retail buildings / complexes / Group of villas. Preparing cost plans, estimations for various changes initiated by Clients. Financial reporting at different intervals, organizing complete post contract administration such as Provisional sum and PC rate adjustments, review of contractors Pay applications and submitting Interim and Final Certificates and assisting the Management for EOT/Prolongation/disruption/Idle cost valuations. Communicating with all levels of Management and assisting the Project managers for Contractual letter correspondences. I have been highly organized, adjust with all types of environment and in complete harmony with Management.

o Preparing cost estimates for various types of small scale to large scale projects.
o Preparing Bill of Quantities in accordance with the standard method of measurements for Main Contract and Provisional Sum packages.
o Preparing Tender documents and Procurement of Main Contractor, Nominated Sub contractors and Nominated suppliers.
o Addressing Post Tender Techno-Commercial Clarifications, Tender Analysis reports, comparisons, negotiations, Value Engineering process, award of contracts and preparing contract documents.
o Review and record the Project Insurances, Guarantees, follow-up and update until the project duration.
o Co-ordinating with Resident Engineers/Project Managers/Architect’s for all Technical Clarifications and contribute information to update Risk register.

o Arranging the required commercial reports for DLD/RERA inspections.
o Preparing Financial Reports for respective project and reporting to the higher management/PMC/Client.
o Preparing reconciliation statements for Provisional Sums and Prime Cost items, Project forecasting & control.
o Following the Minutes of meeting statements to understand the various issues of the project.
o Assisting the Project Management in determining the EOT and Prolongation costs.
Post Contract administration includes Tendering of Nomination packages for the proposed Taj Vivanta project at JLT Dubai estimated worth of AED. 450 million.
Post Contract administration includes Tendering of Nomination packages for THE118- Luxury Tower, down town Dubai near EMAAR Boulevard worth of AED. 275 million.
Post Contract and Final account of the project (Re-measurable & Lump sum contracts) worth of AED. 750 million for Ruwais Palace Project-Abu Dhabi.
Involved in Final account process, supporting the management in Review & Preparation of EOT analysis & Prolongation cost for Medalist Tower Project at Sports City, Dubai.
Post Contract administration includes Tendering Nomination packages for multi storied Towers - Bermuda View’s & Eagle Heights Projects worth of AED. 160 million at Sport’s City, Dubai.
Post Contract administration for Orange Lakes 68 Villas at JGE Dubai.
Post Contract administration for enabling works for DOPA Post office twin towers at Abudhabi and a proposed hotel project at JLT of each AED. 15 million.
