Duties and Responsibilities:
 Consistently manage the construction activities for the projects and ensure contractor and sub-contracts construction activities are performed in accordance with execution plans.
 Investigating reasons for less than satisfactory performance for contractor and sub-contracts and provide recommendations for improvement
 Conducting delay progress review meeting with construction teams and contractor to identifying bottlenecks for construction progress and proactively removing them.
 Coordinate with the several contractors, suppliers, and third parties on site
 Manage and develop a high performing of safety and construction team and task them in accordance with their job requirement.
 Serve as the lead company representatives to manage interfaces with other projects for construction related activities such as tie-ins and equipment movement and also with other stakeholders.
 Verifies and approves monthly construction progress report versus plan for contractor payments to control the budget.

 Review the monthly forecasts and progress report and assure that it is accurate and timely then report areas of concern which could produce schedule negative impact to management.
 Review the two weeks look ahead plans to monitor time schedule and milestones.
 Oversee and direct all activity to requirements of the company quality program and ensure that quality procedure requirements are met.
 Identified and communicate the non-conformances report to all construction teams to prevent recurrence within project activities.
 Participate and monitor the final inspection of works before advising the acceptance of the completed work to the client.
