I work in a strategic as well as practical hands on way with businesses to help their sales teams boost profit using two well proven tactics I developed in over 10 years of pioneering this approach first with Castrol and then BP. One is through focused and planned application of world class CRM techniques. The second is by using technology applications knowledge to drive revenue for B2B customers, both tactics being interdependent on each other. I do this while also developing a strong safety culture which can often itself be a lever to uncover value opportunities for businesses but ultimately is focused at ensuring that everyone goes home safely every day.
