My professional career spans eleven (11) years. I started my career as a Sub Divisional Officer in the project management group of an electric power transmission company. After my post graduation studies, I had been teaching in an engineering university at undergraduate level for almost an year as an Assistant Professor. Also worked in Electric Power Regulatory Authority Pakistan as an Assistant Director, understanding rules & regulation of electric power industry. At present I am working as a Protection Design Engineer for EHV Substation Design in Saudi Arabia.

Preparation of base design documents such as Signal lists, CT sizing calculation, Interlock Logic diagrams, Relaying and Metering One Line Diagram, Relay Setting Calculation
Review of Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) Design
Review of Relay and Control Panel Drawings / protection schemes
Review of material specifications/ technical offers with respect to project technical specification
Substation System Engineering i.e. interfacing between Control and protection panels, generation of cable schedule and termination charts
Respond to the site queries in line with the project technical specifications and standards.
