• Construction of various infrastructure project; such as Provincial and Municipal roads, bridges, drainage system, and school buildings funded and financed locally by the Provincial Local Government Unit.

His task involved:
• Prepare Plans & Programs of Works of various provincial roads & bridges project for the province of Nueva Ecija.
• Assist in the road design, cost estimation and project accomplishment reporting.
• Conducted field Survey for horizontal and vertical alignment requirements for roads and bridges.
• Review all project drawings and tender documents for completeness and its conformance with Government requirements and regulations.
