• Experience working interactively with Customers and all levels of Management.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching)
• ITIL Ver.3 Certified, MCSA Certified, MCTS Certified
• CaaS CORE Associate (CCA) Certified - Interactive Intelligence (Contact Center)
• Knowledgeable with hands-on expertise of VLAN technology, VTP and STP protocols with layer 3 switching with Spanninig-tree Protection.
• Knowledgeable in Implementing Redundancy Protocol such as VSS, HSRP and VRRP.
• Knowledgeable in in routing and traffic management protocol both Static Routing and Dynamic Routing (EIGRP, OSPF and BGP)
• Experience in WAN networks and technologies like MPLS, Leased Line, Metro-E, VPN Tunneling. Ziplink WAN Optimizer.
• Hands on experience in implementing, configuring, managing Routers such as Cisco ASR1000 Series, Cisco 3800 Series, 2900 Series. 2800 Series and Catalyst switches such as 4500x, 4500, 6509, 3750, 3850, 2960 and Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) with Modem for point to point and one to many carry Voice and Data.
• Experience managing and configuring switch stacks and Chassis based switches
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring system, network diagnostic and network analytics tools such as Palo Alto, ManageEngine OpManager 11, Solar Winds, IDirect Evolution-NMS, KIWI Syslog, Cisco Unified Realtime Monitoring tool, Nir Sofer Browsing History View.
• Has basic understanding and experience in Virtualization Machine such as VMware.
• Has extensive knowledge in industry hardware to meet client requirements and ability to work efficiently using all available technical resources.
• Has basic knowledge in Load Balancing Technology like F5 Load Balancer.
• Customer focused, result oriented and a collaborative leader with the ability to interface across multiple departments for a cost-effective management for high-level projects.
• Liaise with Cisco TAC Support, Idirect TAC Support for extensive Network device escalation.
• Solid documentation experience with Visio, Word, and Excel
