More than 18 years of experience in the field of Air-Conditioning Industry (York, Carrier, Trane, SKM, MC Quay & LG brand), Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical works. Responsible for operation, installation and repair of different types of air conditioning system and controls such as Water & Air Cooled Type of Chillers, Freezers, VRV, VRF, VAV, Heat Pump, Package Type, Split A/C from small to big capacity. Provide preventive maintenance program, technical assistance, diagnose, and correct problems in HVAC equipment using the proper diagnostic tools and test equipment. Provide written documentation and service reports. Work independently and/or partner with other technicians on various work assignments. Work in a fast paced and intense work environment.

Supervises HVAC subordinates in performing advanced PM tasks, troubleshooting, repairing and overhauling HVAC equipment and systems. Schedules and follows up work, and implements the quality management system.
Validate technical assessment of test and commissioning and performance testing done by main contractor for various HVAC, Plumbing works, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire control issues, Fire fighting and Chiller system issues.
Coordinate with the requesting department and other trades for the purpose of completing projects/work orders efficiently.
Supervises, analyses, evaluates, and reports HVAC equipment and systems performance.
Inspects closed work orders to verify work proper completion.
Performs and supervises advanced HVAC PM tasks.
Handles client complaints/requests.
Guides his subordinates in developing their competences.
Plans, organize, assign and supervise the work of the team members ensuring that assignments are completed in a safe, proper and timely manner.
Coordination with the contractor issues under Defect Period.
Estimate the cost of repairs, installation works, materials and labor requirements.
Handles HVAC spare parts and materials planning.
Understand and interpret plans and specifications, blueprints, diagrams, and technical data.
Provide HSE & Tool box training weekly of the team to ensures that all procedures are implemented on site.
Identifying risks on the site and reporting them to HSE Team for corrective action.
Train and evaluate the performance of the assigned staff.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Prepares computerize & written documentation (e.g. service records, requisitions, work performed, etc.) for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information.
Responds emergency call out 24/7 for the purpose of resolving immediate and safety concerns.
Reports regularly to the Engineer/ Project Manager.
