Summary

With over 30 years’ experience of steel erecting, lifting and rigging operations and having held positions up to rigging superintendent both in the UK and overseas I feel that I can offer a prospective employer a well trained and experienced background for any position for which I am applying. I have gained my experience on Offshore and onshore projects such as petro-chem, power generation, steelworks, boiler construction and installation, heavy lifting setups and outsize cargo transport and placement. I feel I am a serious minded person when involved in work and this is apparent in my working style. My work is a pleasure to me but I appreciate the need for common sense and high safety standards within my chosen trade. I have high standards to maintain and expect no less from my working colleagues when working in a situation of high safety regulations. I take special care and put time aside to ensure understanding of any explanation related to work given to people working under my instruction.
