Summary

I am a pro-active, professional, resourceful, and knowledgeable Construction Manager / Civils Works Superintendent with considerable expertise in the heavy Civils and infrastructure industry. Possessing excellent organizational and planning skills as well as boasting a consistent track record of improving efficiency and minimizing costs. A confident and reliable individual with a practical approach to solving problems, able to manage, inspect, coordinate and help in the practical design of all construction activities and ensure that the project is delivered on time regarding safety, quality, programme and cost. I am more of a “HANDS ON” superintendent which enables me to see safety and productivity issues before they become problems which could result in accidents/incidents and missed deadlines.
Very adaptable and able to converse with a multi-national work force, colleagues, senior management and clients, looking to further a career where I have Deputised for Manager, Supervised and Advised on Projects in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

I began in the civils industry in 1990, quickly gaining the skills and knowledge both in UK and Europe which brought promotion by senior managers. Today, I am a highly regarded Civils Superintendent (Construction manager/Works Manager) both in UK and abroad where I have been employed in the oil/gas/power/construction industry and mega construction projects. On occasions, I have been employed as Client rep to support sub-contractors and to work closely with Senior Management for the benefit of the company and project.
