The last seven years significant knowledge and experience working in South East Asia in multi-cultural environments.
My combination with long and wide experience and last year's enhanced experience, extended training within contractual change orders and claim(s) allows me to set up good routines for tracking and records from the first day, but I can also go into existing projects to do analyses and make recommendations.
Ability to work independently and in teams to meet tight deadlines and are proactive throughout the project life cycle from kick-off to close-out and ensure it is compliance with contracts, procedures and documents.

PROJECTS: INPEX ICHTHYS Subsea Project (SPS) and APACHE JULIMAR Subsea Project (SPS).
o Before Site Mobilization I work out for GE Global Construction Organization the new Global Fabrication and Construction Site Execution Plan.
o Technical review, Bid Clarification, Schedule and cost clarification of shortlisted sub-contractors in Malaysia and Indonesia.
o Moved to site when LOI was issued to coordinate the activities with the contractor and responsible to establish the Site Organization for both projects.
o Negotiation with local vendors to support technical and admin. workforce to both projects organizations
o Mobilizing both Site Project Organizations. Site mobilizing readiness review of project documents and execution procedures for both projects.
o Member of the EHS Steering Committee for both projects
o Participate in design review of Manifolds, Pig-launchers, PLETs and connection system.
o Review of contractors’ project specific procedures, method statement, erection and testing. Hardware installation (Valves, MQC, SCM, Jumpers etc.), Interface Testing, lifting operations, and tubing prefabrication, cleaning and installation.
o Daily monitoring / Supervision of workshops, progress, EHS and QA/QC.
o Weekly meeting with Engineering, Sourcing, Logistic, QC and planners to prioritize the needs on site.
o Weekly and monthly Site Status reports to EPC organization.

Operation Maintenance Manager, Stavanger area Norway

CLIENTS: Oil and Gas Field Operators and Drilling operators.
PROJECTS: Subsea/Surface trees, Wellheads, Control System, Pig Launchers, Risers, Umbilical’s, Operation Tools, Capital Drilling Equipment etc.
Re-organization of 6 workshops to improve delivery time, and standardize the way of working with a smoot organization and standard process and procedures for aftermarket service operation. As a part of this re-organization was also 5S and Lean 6-Sigma to improve the turnaround time on refurbishment of X-Mas Tree as was more than a year, and set a new goal to 120 days.
o Lead and establish a team of 25 employees to run the new process with, project coordinators, planner, sourcing, engineers, document controls and QC.
o Managing cost, quality, safety, delivery time of all new refurbish, and upgrade projects with focus on Subsea X-Mas trees.
o Manage external vendors to meet our new project requirements and standards.
After One and a half year did we see the effect of the new organization and the way of working and achieved 80% improvement on step 1 of 3 of refurbishment of Subsea X-mas Trees.

• Obtained hands-on experience with varied products including X-mas tree, umbilicals, connection system, chokes, control system, risers, drilling packages
• Managed cost, quality, safety and timelines of each project whilst supervising compliance of external vendors and fabricators to project requirements, codes and industry standards
• Conducted constant upgrades, rigorous portfolio follow up and supervision of following projects
• Gap analysis within upgrade and modification for Statoil and ExxonMobil projects
• New "dual subsea tree” for production and injection to Tordis Subsea field for Statoil
• Fabrication in Aberdeen with machining, assembly and testing of complete XMT and chokes
• Upgrading and modification of existing Subsea XMT to meet Statoil's requirement to extend well production including extended number of sensors, chokes and upgrade of control system
• New umbilical’s upgrading for Statoil along with follow up on project at Aker Subsea production, and Tronic in UK
• New riser package for island offshore with production in Houston
• MORGRIP tie-in connection system for BP Valhall production pipeline and construction at Hydratight.
