• Familiar with shipping terms and co-ordinate with freight forwarders for arranging Airfreight /sea freight.
• Liaising with both current and potential clients to develop existing and new business opportunities.
• Preparing various reports such as petty cash report, monthly sales report, statement of account receivables and payables for head office and senior managers.
