AMP 6. STW NEC 3 Framework contracts. Responsible for managing on-site team of site engineers, plant operators, carpenters and general labourers from initial site survey, pegging out, site set-up including traffic management, welfare and storage facilities, identifying temporary works, initial material procurement and logistics, groundworks using heavy plant, close attention paid to existing service avoidance whether chartered or unchartered as per utility provider’s service drawings. Overall MEICA delivery, PLC, telemetry and MCC ICA panel installation and commissioning. On-site procurement of materials and hiring of plant and tools. Production of Site Safety File, near miss reports, COSHH management sheets, weekly progress reports, RAMS, Quality Environmental and Safety (QES) documentation, Site Waste Management Plans, daily issuing of permits and delivery of morning briefings, site inductions, toolbox talks, checking of personnel competency cards, LOLER, PUWER records and plant/crane certificates of thorough examination, Appointed Person. Maintenance of project budgets and Cost to Complete (CTC) schedules, chairing regular site meetings with clients/stakeholders’ representatives for the purpose of collaborative planning.
