Follow up all site activities and make sure that the execution is done according to specifications and Clients requirements.
Prepare and follow the monthly invoices and follow the related payments.
Prepare the Cost Control Documents for the Project and each activity.

Studying all the specifications / Standards of the projects of the Client / Consultant and the related authorities.
Reviewing all kinds of layouts, profiles, plans and shop drawings related to the projects.
Preparing the Material Take off (M.T.O) for all kinds of civil and mechanical materials included at the projects before starting the site work.
Floating RFQs collect quotations from suppliers / sub-contractors and preparing the technical and commercial comparison sheets to choose the suitable suppliers as per the project specification / Budget and reliability.
Preparing the material submittals for all the items according to the specifications and forward it to the Client/Consultant for further approval/comment.
Coordinate with the consultant to get the required approvals on the Technical Material Submittals.
Modifying the shop drawings if required according to the availability of the material at the market and the capability of reducing the cost.
Proceeding with material's Procurement and follow the delivery according to the specifications.
Studying the progress schedule in order to expect the right timing of delivering the required materials.
Coordinate with the site after delivery inspection to make sure that the delivered materials are as per the requirements.
Studying the final approved shop drawings as built at site in order to compare it with the tender drawings to proceed with variation orders if required.
Analyze the final cost of the project's materials to determine the final profit.
