Accelerated the King Abdulaziz Road (KAAR) project for Umm Al Qurah (UAQ), a SAR 7 Billion infrastructure project that will link Makkah 3rd Ring Road to Jabal Omar comprising metro tunnels and stations, car parks, vehicles and pedestrian underpasses, bridges, roads and public realm.
♦ Founded and successfully grew Encozen over a ten-year period delivering a wide range of consultancy services to a range of prestigious private and public sector organisations across Morocco, Egypt, Sudan, Lebanon, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman and China. ♦ Orchestrated the delivery of the client’s project objectives through leading multi-disciplined and multi-cultural teams of up to 200 people across the client’s organization ensuring project / contract / commercial / planning and claims deliverables were achieved.
♦ Regularly represented clients with third parties entities in order to finalise diverse multi-billion dollar transactions, often faced with challenging client positions requiring complex and detailed negotiations to successfully navigate through & conclude.
♦ Led the Establishment of large organizations in the MENA region including cross-countries’ processes.
♦ Personally led several TQM (Total Quality Management), BPR (Business Process Re-engineering), KM (Knowledge Management) and Strategic Management Programmes for large scale multinational organisations establishing best
practice manuals and procedures in terms of goals, organization structure, processes and resources.
